Excellence in Construction 2009 Merit Award Recipient

The objective of this project was to construct paving and drainage improvements at 4 separate locations at West Houston Airport.  An automobile parking lot required a complete reconstruction due to subsurface soil conditions.  The remaining 3 areas were repaired and resurfaced.  The largest area to be improved was an aircraft apron located on the east side of the airport.
